Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel any item(s) from your order we must be notified prior to shipping.
Special Order and Clearance items may not be cancelled. For other items, there is a 15% cancellation fee for any item or order.

Exchange / Returns
Please contact us first before returning any items as we can not accept unauthorized returns.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned goods in resale condition. Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot accept return or exchange of charts and opened kits.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.
Special Order, Overstock, and Clearance items can not be returned or exchanged.
